"100% hand-harvested Blue Weber Agave is cooked in autoclaves and distilled in both pot and column stills. Creating a perfect balance of flavor and smoothness. Our process blends art and science, serenading our yeast with classical music. The twist? Our aged liquid, matured for at least two months in America Oak barrels, is finished with a Marigold extract to achieve a refined and elegant Reposado taste. Hints of orange peel, oak, floral notes, caramel with Roasted agave, vanilla, bitter floral marigold, cacao nibs, cinnamon."
