"Edinburgh Gin Cannonball is a distillation inspired by the Capital's naval heritage, cannons, and the one o'clock gun. The higher alcohol content of navy strength gin allows us to add a greater amount of botanical mass which delivers a HUGE and full flavoured gin. A bartender favourite, the tingly spice of Szechuan pepper balances with zesty Japanese yuzu and loads of big round Tuscan juniper to deliver a burst of flavour which works perfectly in a Dry Martini or Negroni."
