"A unique special Release of Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. This Pinot Noir cask was first released only at The Shed Distillery Visitors Experience and now is available to the public at just 7200 bottles released. Matured in casks that previously aged delectable Pinot Noir wine from the Burgundy region of France. This elegantly matured single pot still Irish whiskey is non-chill filtered & has had no color added. The influence of the French wine from the Pinot Noir Casks has brought new notes of summer fruits, and a depth of warm tannins to the creamy honey, vanilla, and pot-spice notes of the original Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey."  

Nose: "Rich notes of vanilla & toffee give way to discreet hints of summer apple and candied fruits." 

Taste: "A mature flavor of banana and roasted caramel, with a flourish of French oak, balanced impeccably with a pronounced undertone of decadent Pinot Noir." 

Finish: "A full-bodied creaminess that descends with dried vanilla and fruit. A delicate warmth that lingers gently on the palate."
