"We know that whiskey takes time. Our journey began in 2014, and we barreled our first product in 2016. Each year we select the best barrels from the season to release as new batches which highlight different flavor profiles."

Nose: "Baked Apricot, Demerara Sugar, Dried Cherry, Ginger, Honeysuckle, Cinnamon, Allspice, Pumpernickel" 

Taste: "Baked Apricot, Cane Syrup, Baking Chocolate, Fig, Rye Grass, Candied Orange, Fresh Rose, Cinnamon, Clove" 

Finish: "Candied Orange, Round Mouthfeel, Warming Medium Lingering Spice, Structure with a fleeting Bright Floral Finish"
