"Flavors of pear and apple with a touch of brioche and citrus zest.  Aromas of pear, yellow Delicious apple, brioche, citrus, and Crenshaw melon. On the first sip, the yeast wraps around the apple reminding us of apple pie, finishing with lively bubbles and melon flavor."
