"Made of 35% local Barolo wine, the Bordiga Vermouth is aged for 18 months in oak then blended with Cortese and Moscato and over 30 individually infused and or distilled botanicals, beet sugar, water, then aged in oak for several months. Intense, complex, weighty, slightly tannic, this red vermouth is very expressive, boasting with dried fruit flavors and spice notes."
