"Made from Yamada Nishiki rice milled to 65% of the original size, leaving this sake rich and full, bursting with umami and a deep bass notes of soy sauce mingled with grains and freshly cut herbs. Junmai sake tend to be quiet and restrained, but like everything Azumaichi makes this has a fascinating complexity wrapped in a delicious bundle."
