Winemaker Notes: 

"This wine is both delicious and Sauvignon Blanc, which, for us, is an unusual coincidence and a triumph of truth over prejudice. While some may find the fruit qualities a bit softer and the palate, there's a subtle quality to the fruit that lends a certain depth and complexity, with a mouthfeel that's altogether intriguing. 

It is a reserved style of Sauvignon Blanc, not an ostentatious style. There is no showing off here with overt or over-hewn aromatics; instead, a more textured and concentrated profile highlights the softer notes of pear, apricot, peach juice, and stone fruits. The mouthfeel is just right, and the acid is well-balanced. Its objective is to be as satisfying as it is to delight the jaded and go well with anything white wine pairs well with. With only a little over 100 cases produced, so perditus qui haesitat, who hesitates, is lost, and what a shame in this case, over a wine so good that if you didn't like it, you might consider therapy."
