Winemaker Notes: 

"Our rosé is bright, even nervous, but never superficial. The joy it conveys is refined, with the possibility of refining wonderfully over time. Not that there is any reason to age it. But, as it ages, it is surprising to discover its freshness combined with an unexpected complexity in a rosé. Fish, poultry, soups, pasta, ham and melon, salami and figs, bread, olives and cheese. Extremely versatile."
