Our inaugural release reveals layers of ripe black cherry, red plum, and pomegranate, lifted by notes of fennel frond, tobacco leaf, and a touch of bitter blood orange zest. Natural acidity and soft, rounded tannins make this wine effortlessly food-friendly and bright."
