Taking inspiration from the fresh and lively Nouveau wines of Beaujolais, our Nouveau of Pinot Noir is the first glimpse into the vintage and a celebration of the harvest. After a 100% carbonic fermentation with native yeast, we bottle the wine unfined, unfiltered and without sulfur. This process produces a lively, juicy wine that's meant to be enjoyed right away.  Notes of fresh plum, orange peel and wild mint."
