"A spicy white, 2023 Gruner Veltliner Alfaro Family Vineyard is whole-cluster pressed and fermented entirely in stainless steel, with only 85 cases made. High-toned, floral, and fresh, it's also complex and an unusual white to find in California, grown under cool-climate conditions. Peachy flavors dominate and highlight a light to medium-bodied structure and supple texture that remains fresh throughout, finishing in spicy ginger intensity. Enjoy now through 2028."
