"Dry white wine. Fruity and herbaceous attack, a crisp wine.   Native yeasts, aged 50/50 in oak and concrete, and bottled unfiltered with very minimal sulfur. With rich fruit, honeyed notes, and intense minerality, this wine is dry, with excellent acidity, and a long finish."
