Winemaker Notes: 

"Pale yellow color in the glass. The nose is fresh and aromatic with hint of lychee, citrus fruit and blackcurrant’s bud. The palate is greatly acidulous and balanced by a lingering flavor. This wine is ideal as an aperitif or with shellfish, grilled fish, poultry with herbs de Provence and lemon, Blue cheese quiche or with goat cheese."
