"The terroir of our rock, benchland-grown 100% Sauvignon Blanc evokes ruby grapefruit.  Deemed by a renowned sommelier to be "better than most Sancerre," ours is balanced, forceful, and rounded by barrel fermentation and six months aging in neutral Francois Ferres barrels.  Our forty-year-old vineyards are yielding lush, concentrated citrus and mineral-focused wines."
