Winemaker Notes: 

"This 100% Chenin Blanc is sourced from carefully selected parcels in the neighboring village of Saint Cyr en Bourg, just north of Breze. The grapes grow on light sandy clay soil with a limestone base, creating a unique terroir. After whole-bunch pressing, the juice is fermented with natural yeast and no added SO2 in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures on fine lees for five months, with a partial malolactic conversion. The result is a dry, pure, and fruit-forward wine with a surprisingly textured palate, balanced by crisp acidity. Before bottling, the wine is unfined but filtered for clarity."
