"Garnet in color, rich and velvety with aromas of forest floor and leather, this classic Rhone yields taste components of plums, currants, and truffles. Serve with roasted or smoked meats, game, duck, pork or venison, especially in hearty sauces. Also, good with mushroom risotto, lentils, and spaghetti bolognese."
