"The 2019 Soave La Broia is intense as it blows off a hint of reduction to reveal pungent florals with hints of hazelnut and lime tinged apples. It’s rich and pliant with near glycerol textures and a mix of minerals and sour lime that creates wonderful contrasting tension. This tapers off long and floral with a tart twang of granny smith." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Aromatically the wine has notes of white peaches, delicate flowers, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly bright, with solidifying notes of fresh white daisies, lemon zest, and perfectly ripe peaches."
