"Showing compact, complex white wine characteristics from a juicy mix of citrus and hints of baking spices. Much more than basic Chardonnay fruit, it shows structured, finely tuned acid, notes of French oak (25% new), baked pear, melon, ginger and Honeycrisp apple. You’ve got a classic wine when the warmer it gets, the more flavors come forth. Serve at 50-59 degrees."
