"Aromas of ripe guava, lemons, currant leaves and crushed stones. Textured and round on the palate with a note of salinity. Flavorful and creamy finish." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"On the nose, notes of blackcurrant, papaya, white pear, melons and grapefruit — all ripe and delicious. Very well balanced and offset by sweet toffee and green bell pepper. On the palate, powerful, mouth-filling and textured. In the Mulderbosch house style, almost a third of this wine's blend was matured on lees in neutral 500L barrels, contributing richness and texture to the wine. This wine exudes what Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc is all about."
