"The vines here are aged between 50-80 years, and are planted on deep brown clay soil, interspersed with pebbles. A lovely example of Grenouilles, fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks only with some lees contact. Precise, focused and already very expressive, direct acidity but lots of purity. Will be bottled in May 2024 after 18 months or more."

"This Grenouilles was really singing with its elegant notes of crushed chalk, anise, fleshy pears and cobbler crumble. Mid-weight, seamlessly structured and pleasantly persistent, this is nuanced and age-worthy. This comes from vines that are approximately 65 years old and sit in the upper portion of Grenouilles."

"Note: from .50 ha parcel of vines planted in 1960 and 1975 in equal proportions A ripe yet cooler nose is comprised by notes of green apple, citrus peel and iodine. The sleek, delicious and impressively constituted full-bodied flavors possess good richness and a very generous mouthfeel while concluding in a compact, youthfully austere and equally persistent finish. Here too at least some patience is strongly counseled. *Burghound Sweet Spot!*"

"Mid yellow in colour. First picked and already full bodied and spicy. Cannot mistake Grenouilles. The structure keeps the wine tight and it is strongly saline at the finish, alongside correctly ripe yellow plum fruit. Good length, and plenty of character. Drink from 2028-2038."
