"Care is taken in the vineyards by pruning to limit yields. After a slow, cold fermentation wines are aged in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wines show an exceptional clarity and charm.  Ecker’s Liter of Grüner Veltliner is exceptionally clear and charming while showing a bit less fruit and more seriousness than many other liter offerings."
