James Suckling, 91 Points
"Plenty of snow peas and fresh herbs with ripe yellow apple fruit. Although medium-bodied this has serious structure and bright acidity for the pinot blanc grape. Some positive chalky character at the long, Amalfi lemon finish. 100% from Westhofen, partly from the Morstein GG site. Vinified in large neutral oak. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Vegan. Drink or hold. Screw cap."
Winemaker Notes:
"The Estate Weisser Burgunder is harvested exclusively from sites in the Rheinhessen village of Westhofen area that have limestone soil. It is fermented naturally in large, neutral oak casks. This is a serious Pinot Blanc, with excellent density, concentration and structure."
Alcohol: 12%
Certified Biodynamic. Vegan.
