"Our Chardonnay is a exciting new release for our family of wines. It is dry, medium-full bodied, flavorful with soft tannins. Traditional-modern combination of barrel and stainless. The long lovely finish has a hint of vanilla bean. Enjoy beautiful light apple Blossom, lemon zest, citrus peel, honeysuckle, almond, fishing with jasmine. 

Barreled for 4 months in neutral barrels then put in stainless tanks to manage the malic acid (butteriness). It's a lovely princess that has just found it's crowning delicious finish."
