"Malvarinto de Janas is whole-cluster pressed and naturally fermented, and aged 10 months sur lies (including gross lees) in an average 3-year-old 225-l French oak barrel (15% new). It goes through malolactic fermentation, followed by light filtration (1.2 µm; not sterile) without fining."
