"This rich, classic village-level Meursault presents aromas of ripe pears and apricot with a hint of white flowers, a salty mineral note, and a hint of reduction. The texture is fresh yet rich, with a lively dynamic balance and impressive length. The grapes are slowly and gently pressed as whole clusters and run directly into cask for fermentation without settling. The wine is a blend of several plots, including Les Grands Charrons, Les Luchets, Les Malpoiriers, among others. The wine is now ageing in cask where it will stay for at least two full winters before bottling."

"From Grands Charrons, Luchets, Malpoiriers. The first two are new domaine plots with the Monthelie, while the team also run the Malpoiriers vines. Pale green tint, a little more breadth evident on the nose, and this continues on the palate with ripe apples, and generosity at the finish. Lingers nicely. Drink from 2025-2028."

"The 2021 Meursault Villages is a blend of five lieux-dits (Narvaux, Luchets, Vireuils, Grand Charrons and Malpoiriers). This has fine focus on the nose, quite taut and malic. Traces of wet limestone emerge with time in the glass. The palate is well balanced with quite a heavy reduction on the entry, though one can tell its tension and power coiled up, so afford it 3-4 years in bottle."
Burghound, 88-91 Points
"Note: from Narvaux, Luchets, Les Vireuils and Malpoiriers. There is enough wood to merit pointing out setting off the nutty white orchard fruit and floral scents. Here too the medium-bodied flavors possess a lovely texture that is at once seductive and punchy, all wrapped in a lemon-tinged, moderately dry and agreeably sleek finish."
Wine Advocate, 88-90 Points
"The 2021 Meursault Village unites the prime lieux-dits Narvaux, Vireuils, Malpoiriers and Luchets. Opening in the glass with aromas of pear, crisp green apple, white flowers, drawn butter and freshly baked bread, it's medium to full-bodied, with bright acids and a taut, incisive profile that will flesh out with further élevage."
