"This Gamay is all earth, herbs, and red fruit. The cool climate of Santa Maria combined with 100% whole cluster fermentation encourages the fresh herbal quality of green and black tea, pink and white peppercorns, and baking spice. Below the spice and earth, you'll find bright red cherry and pomegranate, with a core of acidity and well-balanced tannins holding it all together."
