"The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc from Colchagua is a 60/40 blend of grapes from Peralillo and Paredones, respectively. Pale yellow in the glass. The intense nose offers notes of rue, mint and hints of lemon and grapefruit. In the mouth, it's moderately fatty with integrated, expressive, malic freshness and a slightly watery layer of salinity. Excellent value for money."
