"Hart’s Desire is truly a boutique winery tucked away in Geyserville, CA. John Hart III and his wife, Desire, started the winery after years of making wine for themselves, family and close friends. Soon that grew to friends of family and their friends as well. In 1991, at the urging of his loyal following, John “went legit” and the first Hart’s Desire Chardonnay was produced.  In the years since, John has built a family winery known for its gorgeously crafted, single vineyard wines."
