"Deep, concentrated and tannic, this wine is also elegant, showing finesse in the velvety tannins, plush black currants and black cherries, and layered-in oak spices of vanilla, cocoa, toast and mint. The wine is quietly powerful and should improve with some age. Best from 2025–2032."
Winemaker Notes:
"Swirl, sip and taste notes of black currant, a bundle of blackberries, cocoa nibs and even a hint of graham cracker. We recommend you pair it with a sweet and spicy flavor profile, like Korean short ribs, or for a simpler night in, it goes perfectly with a platter of dried jack cheese and fresh cherries as well."
Alcohol: 14.5%
