"This wine offers fresh apple and a bit of gritty petrol on the nose. On the palate, it comes alive with apple, pear and truly bracing acidity. A back palate of almonds and Alpine cheese provides a savory balance. This wine should become even more complex and integrated with further aging, but in the meantime, don't be afraid to pair it with cheeses that are rich, funky or both."
