"The 2021 Meursault Meix Chavaux has a perfumed bouquet with pressed white flowers and crushed stone, a little austere, but there is real intensity here.  The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity and a hint of ginger with a lovely bitterness on the finish.  Delicious, it will be difficult to resist in its youth."
