Winemaker Notes: 

"Fiano is the classic white grape of Southern Italy. Ours is from Bowland Vineyard, a pristine one and half acre vineyard in Russian River Valley. The 2019 Fiano is clean and bright with great acidity. Deceptively rich, it offers amazing aromatics of fresh melon, papaya and salted pistachio. To add depth and uniqueness, Anthony macerated the grapes for nine days before pressing. This is a wonderful food wine - we like it with anything spicy!"
