"The 2021 Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico Delle Fontane is hauntingly dark and floral as a hint of tobacco and ash evolves into fresher notes of blood orange, sage and black raspberry.  Silky and serene, it offers cooling acidity and depths of citrus-laced wild berries and spices.  Minerality shines through the finish as a bump of residual acidity maintains energy and a resonance of cherry lingers on."
