"The wine is fruity on the nose, crisp and refreshing on the palate with lingering taste of meyer lemon and floral aroma. The winemaking is traditional in manner, selecting the best fruit for 24h skin maceration, and fermentation in temperature controlled environments (61-64F). The ageing is then done on lees, in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks."
