"Notes of blackcurrants, baking spices and chocolate with leafy character. Full and chewy with soft tannins that frame the wine. Sensation of graphite-like minerality. Tight finish. Drink after 2023."

"This beautifully blended 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is perfectly balanced with excellent fruit concentration. On the nose, this wine offers fresh blueberries, blackberry pie, huckleberry jam, black cherry cola, baking spices, black olives, cedar, and a touch of graphite. The palate offers smooth and velvety tannins, blackberry coulis, dried black cherries, blueberry compote, dark chocolate, toasted walnuts, croissants, and a touch of vanillin with a big finish that lingers. This offering is enjoyable today but will also evolve with cellar aging through 2035."
