The concentrated palate is rich with good depth and complex flavors of dark berries, black tea, cocoa dust and warm vanilla. The tannins are silky and well-integrated and lead to a flavorful finish. The diverse nature of Pinot Noir makes it a perfect accompaniment to many foods including grilled meats, cheeses and even salmon."
