"With grapes coming from the Siletto estate vineyard, this light body, 95% whole cluster carbonic macerated wine could be considered a “Glou, Glou” for sure. Aged in neutral barriques for 11 months the result is dark cherries and rose petals being the main flavors you’ll get. There are just enough tannins to create a transition from the rich fruit to dry finish nicely. Cherry fruit lingers a bit, but overall, a clean finish. "
