"What an amazing sparkling blanc de noir, and it comes from the Rheingau, which doesn’t have a tradition of this style. Incredible interplay of wet stone minerality and restrained leesy creaminess, plus Asian pear and Amalfi lemon aromas. The very fine mousse underlines this beautifully in the extremely long and pristine finish. Vegan. Drink or hold."

"100% Pinot Noir from premier cru vineyards in Eltville and Kiedrich, planted on sandy loess & loam, clay, riverbed sediments. Vinified in stainless steel followed by Methode Champenoise with aging on fine lees for 36-48 months, zero dosage."
