"An excellent expression of Chablis’ brothy richness of fruit, stone and oyster shell.  Fleys is on the right bank of the Serein River Valley, tucked away in a side valley and just upstream from the town of Chablis and its Grand Cru vineyards. This wine comes from the premier cru Mont de Milieu, facing south below Fourneaux and between the 1er crus Montée de Tonnerre to the northwest and Vaucoupin to the southeast."
