Winemaker Notes: 

"Intense aromas of strawberry-rhubarb crisp, maple, and ground pink peppercorn lead you into a palate adorned with flavors of Rainier cherry, red currant, and vanilla bean. A little decanting coaxes out mint notes. The finish leaves behind silky tannins with complimenting notes of raspberry, hibiscus, and cocoa. Enjoy with braised short rib ravioli with a porcini mushroom jus or strawberry chocolate mousse. Enjoy now or cellar through 2027."
