“This is a rich, ripe Shiraz that ticks the South Aussie red boxes at a bargain price. It oozes plump plums and cassis, olives and black pepper, flecks of savory dried herbs and toasted coconut oak aromas. The palate is plush and weighty with chewy, savory tannins, plenty of oak and a long herbal, tangy finish.” 

Winemaker Notes: 

"The color is a deep brick red, with a garnet hue. The wine has fruit-driven, lifted aromas of dark cherries, cedar box, white pepper, sage and spice. The palate is generous and soft, with rich flavors of plum rhubarb, dark chocolate, caraway seed and fennel. The silky tannins, balanced with the natural acid, coat the mouth and leave a lingering finish."
