"Intensely ruby red with subtle purple hues.  Complex, with aromas of red fruits laced with sweet spices and graphite notes, against a gentle backdrop of nuts.  The palate is sweet, who soft and silky tannins that are beautifully perceived, and a long, fruity aftertaste.  Notes of dark chocolate on the finish."

"We are excited to become the first importer in the US of Chef Francis Mallmann’s wine. The 2019 Disobedience Red Blend is a blend of 60% Malbec/30% Cab Sauv./ 10% Merlot. It is the perfect wine to pair with anything cooked on an open flame, Mallmann’s specialty."
