"Displaying a more salmon color, the 2019 Blanc De Noirs Wedding Cuvee is produced from 77% Pinot Noir and the rest Chardonnay. It takes on a deeper tone, with aromas of brioche, crème brûlée, ripe berries, and fresh peach. This medium-bodied sparkler offers a pillowy and rounded mousse and is ripe with golden orchard fruit of apricot, fresh flowers, and orange peel. it has a supple and elegant charm and will drink well over the next 6-8 years." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Pale salmon in color with lively bubbles and a pure mousse. The 2019 Wedding Cuvée has great raspberry aromas, followed by strawberry and a touch of lemon zest. Very delicious red fruit flavors on the front palate that extend to the mid palate, followed by a burst of red apple and creaminess, lead to a grapefruit finish with amazing texture throughout."
