Winemaker Notes: 

"Pale gold and bright clarity, extremely aromatic floral notes of jasmine and rose, mixed with hints of grapefruit, finishing up with stone fruit, pear, and chalky minerals. Complex palate, featuring stonefruit—apricot and peach—as well as grapefruit, dried apricot, and pear. Light bodied, just off-dry, the wine’s slight sweetness is balanced with spiciness and a crisp acidity. On the finish, pear, grapefruit, minerals, earth, and a touch of fennel spice dominate."
