Winemaker Notes:
"It has a nice straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. It is intense on the nose, with elegant notes of white fruits such as apples and citrus fruits such as lime and lemon, and a seductive hint of fennel. On the palate it is voluminous, very well outlined and with a silky texture that runs through the palate. It is refreshing and pleasant, with a long finish reminiscent of white fruits and citrus. Sapid, with a fine bitterness that lengthens the passage through the mouth and a slightly salty finish. A complex and elegant wine."
