"Grown on 30 year old vines in our estate vineyard, this Cabernet Franc expresses the uniquely balanced fruity and savory aromatics typical of the variety. Small amounts of fellow Bordeaux varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were blended in to enhance tannic structure and color. Soft and fresh in the palate, this wine serves as an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes."
