"This is Markus’ bread and butter riesling. The grapes for this wine are sourced from Spindler’s vineyard holdings in Friedelsheim, Niederkirchen and Forst. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees for 5-6 months. This is a pure expression of Pfalz exotics: passion fruit, peach, almond blossom."
