"Wonderful summer aromatics of fresh strawberries and cream cut rhubarb and mint alongside a note of candied pear. A base wine of Chardonnay was blended with just a bit of Pinot Noir before tirage bottling in June 2019. The wine aged in a bottle for 28 months on lees and was disgorged in November 2021. The palate is light and lively, with cut berries, red currant and cranberries, followed by notes of spicy blood orange and the faintest hint of pastry cream; it finishes elegantly."

Its balanced versatility makes this the perfect sparkling wine to share with friends at glamorous picnics, intimate dinner parties, and special celebrations alike.  Aromas of Bosc pear, strawberry, apple blossom, raspberry, light cinnamon.  On the palate, there are notes of candy apple, cranberry, red cherries, lime zest, blood orange.  It's crisp and bright with delicate bubbles."
