"The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon, clearly has terrific fruit density and depth. Muscular tannins wrap around a core of red fruit, flowers blood orange and white pepper. The Peirson Meyer Cabernet needs a bit of time to soften, as so many wines do in 2017."
